“Dann’s legal strategy of attacking the schools under charitable-trust laws remains controversial and unproven in court. The Ohio Alliance for Public Charter Schools has created a legal defense fund to try to persuade courts to reject Dann’s approach.”
After taking on three charter schools he deems academic and financial failures, Attorney General Marc Dann has trained his sights on two or three more schools he plans to sue in an attempt to shut them down.As for which ones, Dann isn’t telling.
