This is good stuff. As an elected official, if you want to reach folks, you’re not going to do it with a press release. You need to take your message to “where your audience is” so to speak. Kudos to Republican A.G. Bob McDonnell and the folks over at Anheuser Busch for thinking creative and proactively.

The concept: Recent surveys have found that 86 percent of Virginia 12- to 17-year-olds do not drink alcohol and that teens cite their parents as the No. 1 influence on their decision to drink.
