Democratic legislative leaders are criticizing Republican Indiana Attorney General Greg Zoeller for joining 13 other states in challenging the nearly $1 trillion federal health care overhaul.
Indiana House Speaker Pat Bauer of South bend and Senate Minority Leader Vi Simpson of Bloomington say joining the litigation wastes taxpayer dollars at a time when the state is cutting its funding to schools.
