$20,000 threat?
The suit alleged Ruebel Adventures violated the terms and conditions of its National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit issued by the IEPA on May 29, 2003, by causing, allowing or threatening the discharge of contaminants into waters of the state by failing to maintain adequate erosion controls.
Another allegation states on or before Nov. 1, 2005, Ruebel Adventures caused, allowed or threatened the discharge of silt from the site into waters of the state, so as to cause or tend to cause water pollution by creating a nuisance.
