Hate to say it but it looks like Louisiana's Democrat Attorney General, Charles Foti, is going to keep suing and pursuing folks over Hurricane Katrina. What's kind of sad is that his credibility is washing away with the voters every time he utters anything related to Katrina since the Memorial Medical Center debacle.
