A Louisville business executive has joined the field of Democrats seeking to challenge incumbent Republican Mitch McConnell for the U.S. Senate.
Greg Fischer, co-inventor of a combination ice/beverage dispenser that became the basis for a global business, formally announced his candidacy this week in a press release and web announcement.
